   Install BolWise

   Open the downloaded DMG and drag BolWise into Applications.

   Sign in

   Launch the app and sign in with your BolWise account. Confirm your email if you just signed up.

   Grant permissions

   Allow Microphone (for recording) and Accessibility (for paste + push-to-talk) when macOS prompts you.

4. 04

   Dictate anywhere

   Click into any text field, hold ⌘ ⇧ Space, and speak. Polished text lands at your cursor.
